I met Kate after three failed attempts to get a decent blowout after moving from city life to country life in Defiance. When I thought I'd never have pretty hair again, I met Kate and everything was right in my world again, or at least on my head. I also thought she was the coolest person ever, and immediately wanted to be her bff. She remains to be one of my favorite persons, and I am 100% sure I would not have lasted in Defiance as long as I did if not for her. I had so much fun shooting her and her sweet husband in their gorgeous home and out of this world aka a photographer's dream of a property.
